| Green silvaner |
Colour: greenish-yellow, golden yellow with maturation
Bouquet: neutral in table wines and quality wines, distinctive in wines of higher quality
Taste:
Regarding quality, this is a sort with a wide range of quality of wine,
meaning that it can range from lighter versions with less acidity to
stronger versions among heady wines.
This sort ripens moderately late, gives a good yield, and is very sensitive to rotting.
The wine is yellow-green to yellow, full-bodied, with mild acidity and a neutral aroma.
Good
weather conditions, regular cutting and moderate weight on the vine
help to produce excellent wines, suitable for blending with other
sorts.

Plešivica, about 30 kilometres away from Zagreb. Drive from Zagreb to
Karlovac via Stara karlovačka road and you will get to Jastrebarsko.
From the centre of Jastrebarsko head to the north, to Plešivica.
